iAura – Shipping, Delivery & Returns (FAQ)
Q. Where do you deliver in India?
We deliver across India to all metros and select non-metro cities through our reliable logistics partners. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, some delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Q. What is the shipping time for my order?

Most of our products are made to order.

Lead time (usually 2–4 business days) is displayed alongside each product at checkout.

Once your product is ready, our logistics partner picks it up and delivers between 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Saturday.
- All the products which are purchased will be delivered in 2-4 working days.
- No shipping on Sundays and public holidays.
Q. What should I do if the packaging looks damaged?
If the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at iaurahelpline@gmail.com with your order number. We will ensure refund quickly.
If we found any damaged product refund will be initiated if it is approved from KIMALAYA NATURALS PVT LTD.
Q. What if my shipment is delayed or lost?

If lost or misplaced, we’ll either resend the items (if in stock) or issue a full refund.
Q. What happens if I’m unavailable at delivery?

Our delivery partner will make 3 attempts.

If all fail, the order will be returned.

Refund will be issued after deducting return shipping charges.

If your phone number is unreachable, we will not be liable for non-delivery.
Q. What if my order is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Please raise a complaint within 48 hours of the delivery update.

Complaints after 48 hrs will be reviewed, but resolution depends on courier policies.
Q. What happens if I reject a prepaid order at delivery?

We will attempt one re-delivery.

If re-delivery fails, the order will be cancelled.

Refund will be processed after deduction of shipping & RTO charges, within 24–48 hrs after the return is received at our facility.
Q. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, on a request & case-to-case basis.

Shipping charges will be shared via your chosen communication channel.

Import duties, VAT, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. iAura (Kimalaya Naturals Pvt. Ltd.) will not be liable for these charges.
Q. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Tracking may take up to 48 hrs to activate.
